Spirtas Wrecking tears down north tower at former Millennium Hotel site in St. Louis

Spirtas Wrecking Co. is using a wrecking ball to take down the remaining floors of the north tower at the former Millennium Hotel site in downtown St. Louis, which once housed the rotating Top of the Riverfront restaurant on its 28th floor. The north tower is expected to come down by the end of this year. Crews will continue clearing debris from the 4.2-acre site through the end of 2027 ahead of the site's next phase.
