Crews raze former U.S. Bank parking ramp in Duluth, closed since 2019

Crews are tearing down the former U.S. Bank parking ramp at 120 West Michigan Street in Duluth, Minnesota, closed since 2019 over structural concerns. The property owners are funding the demolition without public money, Mayor Roger Reinert said. The ramp's removal follows Duluth's 2022 Downtown Task Force call to finalize demolition plans for it and the Shoppers Auto Park ramp.
