Bartie Construction clears Monticello site for 7 Brew Coffee drive-thru

Bartie Construction of Stillwater demolished the former Great River Spine & Sport building at 1260 Highway 25 in Monticello over two days to clear the site for a 7 Brew Coffee drive-thru. Owner Adam Bartie said his firm is handling earthwork and utilities through the project. Concrete and asphalt will be recycled, while other debris goes to the Vonco II landfill in Becker for sorting. No opening date has been announced.
