Pollack Apache Center demolition begins in Tempe, AZ for Dorsey Station housing
Crews are demolishing the Pollack Apache Center at 1320 E. Apache Blvd. and 1412 S. Dorsey Lane in Tempe, Arizona, to make way for Dorsey Station, a 400-unit, 90% affordable housing project expected to welcome residents by late 2028.
