Former Girton's Flowers building on Washington St. in Jamestown razed for JMI parking lot
The former Girton's Flowers and Gifts building at 1519 Washington St. in Jamestown is being torn down by Jim Rauh Enterprises for Jamestown Macadam, Inc., which bought the lot in 2022 for $195,000. The site will become parking and storage for JMI, a municipal and construction supply company. Separate demolition is also underway one street over at 808 N. Main St.
