Demolition begins on former John's Auto, Autotech sites in downtown Kingsley, MI

Demolition begins Wednesday, August 26, on several Grand Traverse County Land Bank-owned properties in downtown Kingsley, Michigan, including the former John's Auto site at 103-111 W. Main Street and the former Autotech property at 115 W. Main Street. Dore & Associates will handle the work, funded by a $500,000 State Land Bank Authority award for site readiness. Weather permitting, completion is expected no later than September 22, clearing the site for future redevelopment.
