Eastern Gateway parking deck demolition in Youngstown pushed to November

Demolition of the former Eastern Gateway Community College parking garage in Youngstown, Ohio, has slipped from a September start to November, Mahoning County officials say. Bids are already out, and a new building design is complete to house county offices currently at the Oak Hill Renaissance building, including JFS. The Board of Elections will not relocate there.
