Mallard Pointe demolition to begin in Belvedere, CA, without bulkhead permit

Demolition of 22 homes at Mallard Pointe in Belvedere, Calif., is set to begin next week under developer Thompson Dorfman LLC, even though the city has not yet issued a required bulkhead-replacement permit needed to proceed with in-water work.
