Demolition clears way for 8-unit building at 3909 North Ashland Avenue in Lake View

Demolition and new construction permits were issued for 3909 North Ashland Avenue in Lake View, two days apart last week. Carlos Group will demolish the existing vacant two-story building, while Coen Developers LLC builds a four-story, eight-unit masonry building costing $2.4 million, with decks, three surface parking spaces, and privacy fencing. Michael Cox & Associates is the architect.
