Torstenson Glass buildings in Chicago's Lake View cleared for 99-unit project

Three demolition permits issued July 30 clear the Torstenson Glass buildings at 3233, 3241 and 3247 N. Sheffield Ave. in Lake View, Chicago, with Apex Construction Group as contractor at a reported $245,000 cost, ahead of a five-story, 99-unit apartment project.
