Fort Carson demolishes 300 1950s units at Arapahoe Village for 245 new homes

Fort Carson, Colo., kicked off phase two of Arapahoe Village on Sept. 15, demolishing 300 1950s-era units to make way for 245 new homes. Families should move in by early 2029, with the phase finishing in September 2030.
