St. Louis nears end of ARPA-funded teardowns, 500-plus homes razed citywide
St. Louis' Land Reutilization Authority is wrapping up ARPA-funded demolitions, having razed more than 500 vacant homes citywide, with one final teardown near Maffitt and Bishop P.L. Scott avenues set for 10 a.m. Thursday.
