Bellevue Vista Apartments demolished for 239-unit Brizo project on 108th Ave NE

Crews are clearing the former Bellevue Vista Apartments site at 1051 108th Ave. NE for Brizo, an eight-story, 239-unit building from Spokane-based SRM Development. Bellevue issued a site-clearing and construction permit Aug. 13. SRM bought the property in March 2023 for just over $14 million and secured $72.5 million in construction financing from Bank OZK in October.
