Cora Miller Hall demolition nearly complete in Emporia, only stairwells remain

Demolition of Cora Miller Hall is nearly finished, with only the east and west stairwells still standing as of Monday morning. Work began in August with asbestos abatement and window removal. The hospital Board of Trustees approved demolition in February. A debris removal schedule is pending, and the site will become green space.
